The terms on which Cornbread. provides its services.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Cornbread. (operated by SambaRhino, sole trader, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 94393974) and any person or organisation engaging Cornbread. services. By booking a Cornbread. service you agree to these terms.

SERVICES

The Aspiration. — €450

A single 90-minute Atmospheric Direction. session, delivered in Amsterdam or virtually. The session includes a written Atmospheric Direction. map, three immediate action points, and a follow-up voice note within 48 hours.

The Refresh. — €2,000

Three Atmospheric Direction. sessions over four to six weeks, delivered in Amsterdam or virtually. The engagement includes a written direction plan, rhythm and daily practice blueprint, and creative conditions framework. Session dates are confirmed at booking.

The Direction. — from €7,500

A fully bespoke engagement over three to six months. Scope, duration, and fee are confirmed in writing before the engagement begins. The Direction. is available by discovery call only.

Cornbread. Creative and Cornbread. System.

Bespoke engagements for cultural institutions and organisations. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

—     Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

—     Payment is accepted by bank transfer to the account details provided on invoice.

—     The Aspiration. and The Refresh. are invoiced in full at the time of booking.

—     The Direction. is invoiced in full at the start of the engagement.

—     Cornbread. Creative and Cornbread. System. payment terms are confirmed in the written proposal.

—     All fees are in Euros. No VAT is charged.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellation by the client

—     Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund.

—     Cancellations made within 72 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable.

—     If you need to reschedule a session please give at least 48 hours notice. One reschedule per booking is permitted at no charge. Subsequent rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Cancellation by Cornbread.

—     In the unlikely event that Cornbread. needs to cancel a session, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered at the client's preference.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Atmospheric Direction. is a personal and creative direction practice rooted in philosophy, design, and intentional living. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, or clinical treatment of any kind, and is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, psychological, or legal support.

SambaRhino and its practitioners are not licensed therapists, psychologists, counsellors, or medical professionals. Where sessions touch on relationships, emotional wellbeing, or personal circumstances, the work remains within the scope of personal and creative direction. Cornbread. does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical intervention of any kind.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek appropriate professional care before or in addition to engaging Cornbread. services.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared by clients during Cornbread. sessions and in intake forms is treated as strictly confidential. Cornbread. will not share, publish, or reference client information without explicit written consent.

Clients are asked to treat the content of their sessions and written deliverables as personal and not for public distribution.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All written deliverables produced by Cornbread. — including Atmospheric Direction. maps, direction plans, and session documents — are created for the personal use of the client. They may not be reproduced, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Cornbread.

The Cornbread. brand, methodology, documents, and all associated intellectual property remain the property of SambaRhino trading as Cornbread.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cornbread. provides Atmospheric Direction. services to the best of its professional ability. However, Cornbread. makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from its services. Results depend on the client's own engagement, decisions, and circumstances.

Cornbread.'s liability in respect of any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the fee paid for the specific engagement in question.

Cornbread. is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of its services.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The quality of a Cornbread. engagement depends on the client’s honest and genuine participation. By booking a Cornbread. service the client agrees to arrive prepared, complete intake forms as requested, engage honestly during sessions, and treat the content of their sessions and written deliverables as personal and confidential.

Cornbread. accepts no responsibility for outcomes where the client has withheld material information, disengaged from the process, or failed to complete agreed actions between sessions.

NO OUTCOME GUARANTEE

Cornbread. does not guarantee specific outcomes from its services. Atmospheric Direction. is a personal and creative direction practice. The results of any engagement depend entirely on the client’s own engagement, decisions, circumstances, and commitment to the process. No promises are made regarding specific life, career, or personal outcomes.

SESSION CONDUCT

Cornbread. reserves the right to end a session if the client behaves in a manner that is abusive, disrespectful, or that makes it impossible to conduct the session professionally. In such circumstances no refund will be issued for the session in question.

If a client arrives in a state that makes it impossible to conduct a productive session — including but not limited to being under the influence of alcohol or substances — Cornbread. reserves the right to reschedule. In this case the session fee is forfeited and a new session may be booked at the standard rate.

RECORDING POLICY

Sessions may not be recorded by the client without the prior written consent of Cornbread.. Cornbread. may record sessions for internal quality and development purposes only, with the client’s prior consent. Recordings are never shared with third parties and are deleted within 30 days of the session.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held in breach of these Terms and Conditions for any failure to perform arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control — including but not limited to illness, technical failure, natural disaster, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances Cornbread. will offer an alternative session date or, where this is not possible, a full refund.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have a complaint about a Cornbread. service please write to contact@thisiscornbread.com with the subject line “Complaint” and a clear description of your concern. Cornbread. will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and respond in full within 14 working days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the client may contact the Dutch Consumer Authority (Autoriteit Consument en Markt) at acm.nl.

COOLING OFF PERIOD AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Dutch consumer law, clients who book services online have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal from the date of booking. However, where a session is scheduled to take place within the 14 day cooling off period, the client explicitly waives their right of withdrawal by confirming their booking.

By completing your booking and confirming that you agree to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full; and (b) if your session is scheduled within 14 days of booking, you explicitly request that the service begins immediately and waive your right of withdrawal accordingly.

Where a session is scheduled more than 14 days after booking, the standard 14 day right of withdrawal applies. To exercise your right of withdrawal please write to contact@thisiscornbread.com before the withdrawal period expires.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
